Nimrod Vardi, a graduate of Tel Aviv University, was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1995.

Experience
Adv. Vardi was previously with law firm Dr. J. Weinroth & Co, with whom he had served first as a pre-intern and later as law intern until 1995. He also worked as an attorney at the firm in 2001.

Between 1995 and 1999, Adv. Vardi worked in the Real Estate Department of Weksler, Bregman & Co.

In 2000, he served as Real Estate Legal Adviser to the Tshuva Group.

In 2002, together with Alon Ron and Shmuel Leshem, he founded the law firm of Vardi Leshem Ron.

For many years, Adv. Vardi was a lecturer on real estate law for The Machshavot Preparation Course, preparing law interns for the Israel Bar Exam.

Practice Areas
Adv. Vardi has special expertise in real estate, land taxation, and zoning and planning law.

He provides legal counsel to the firm’s business and private clients in a wide variety of transactions and projects relating to real estate, including combination deals, sales and acquisition transactions; diverse building developments on a large and small scale, including through acquisition groups, TAMA 38 projects, urban regeneration, transactions and projects relating to income-producing properties, apartments in the private sector, and more.

Adv. Vardi represents his clients in all their contact with the different authorities and with the Israel Land Administration, and he also specializes in land taxation and zoning and planning law.

The other areas in which Adv. Vardi specializes are receivership and estate management.

Adv. Vardi’s clients include the Schnapp Group, the Adler Chomsky Group, Kriger Tel-Aviv Foundations Ltd., developers, landowners and construction companies.
