Adv. Saar specializes in commercial law, and has a strong track record of assisting clients with a wide range of legal matters, including business formation, commercial contracts (e.g. shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures agreements, service provider agreements and employment agreements) and M&A transactions.  Adv. Saar provides an on-going consultancy to corporations from the establishment stage, through various  aspects of the  day – to – day operations encompassing labor issues, engagements ,negotiations and corporate governance compliance.

Cryptocurrency Law

In addition, Adv. Saar specializes in the immerging  field of cryptocurrency law.

Her deep understanding of the legal issues and challenges faced by businesses operating in the crypto space, enables her to assist clients to navigate the complex regulatory landscape and legal issues related to the issuance, distribution and management of cryptocurrency assets.

Among our clients in this field, Adv. Saar also provides consultation to a Swiss based foundation, in the capacity of the foundation head of legal.

Former Experience

Adv. Saar’s internship period was with Gilat Bareket & Co. law firm, specializing in IP litigation.

After her admittance to the Israel Bar, Adv. Saar stayed in Beijing for several months and conducted legal research in the field of foreign investments in China on behalf of Weinstock Zecler & Co. 

Upon her return to Israel, Adv. Saar started working at Gross, Orad, Schlimoff & Co., specializing in insurance law.

Following that, she worked at Horn & Co, focusing on Tech related law.
