Adv Karina Komerov holds an LL.B in Law (summa cum laude) and B.A in Business, specializing in international business law (summa cum laude) from the IDC Herzliya. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2014.

Experience

After graduation, Adv. Komerov joined the Ministry of Justice- the Tel Aviv District Criminal Prosecutor’s Office, where she completed her internship dealing with a verity of criminal cases. After that, Adv. Komerov worked for 3 years at Adv. Lior Epstein’s office, where she dealt with various large-scale criminal and civil cases. In addition, since her graduation to this day, Adv. Komerov has worked at IDC Herzliya as a teaching assistant in various legal courses. In 2018 she joined the office of Vardi Leshem Ron.

Practice Areas

Adv. Komerov specializes in criminal litigation (white collar crime) and in civil litigation. In the field of criminal litigation, Adv. Komerov specializes in defending suspects and defendants in white-collar offenses, including securities violations, money laundering, officer and civil servant offenses, tax offenses and other economic offenses, and providing advice to interrogates and representation in police investigations and before the prosecution agencies. In her civil litigation practice, Adv. Komerov represents the firm’s clients in legal proceedings before all courts including arbitration and mediation proceedings, in a range of areas of civil law, commercial law and real estate.
