Adv. Ayelet Leshem is a graduate of Tel Aviv University (LL.B) and holds an M.B.A. (summa cum laude) from the Ono Academic Center. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1999.
After graduation, Adv. Leshem joined Caspi & Co., where she completed her internship and worked for another eight years with Adv. Navot Tel-Zur, handling mostly the major white collar cases of the time.
Adv. Seshem then worked for 4.5 years at law firm Fischer, Behar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co., where she handled white collar cases and complex commercial litigation cases, as well as providing ongoing commercial counsel to a number of companies.
Adv. Leshem joined Vardi Leshem Ron in 2015.
Adv. Leshem specializes in criminal litigation (white collar crime) and in civil litigation.
In the field of criminal litigation, Adv. Leshem specializes in defending suspects and defendants in white-collar offenses, including securities violations, money laundering, officer and civil servant offenses, tax offenses and other economic offenses, and providing advice to interrogatees and representation in police investigations and before the prosecution agencies.
In her civil litigation practice, Adv. Leshem represents the firm’s clients in legal proceedings before all courts including arbitration and mediation proceedings, in a range of areas of civil law, commercial law and real estate.
